IEC ready for turnaround in nuclear industry

Description
The activity of IEC Technical Committee (TC) 45 (Nuclear Instrumentation) in conditions of turnaround in nuclear industry is considered. TC 45's main task is to lay down a comprehensive strategy for itself and its two subcommittees as well as to improve the relevance of the nuclear safety standards. Subcommittee 45A develops standards that apply to the electronic and electrical functions and associated systems and equipment used in the instrumentation and control systems of nuclear energy generation facilities. Subcommittee 45B develops and issues standards covering all aspects of instrumentation associated with radiation protection including radiation detectors, radiation monitoring, dosimetry and radiology

Рассмотрена деятельность Технического комитета (ТК) 45 МЭК в условиях возрождения ядерной индустрии. Основная задача ТК 45 состоит в выработке стратегии для самого комитета и для двух его подкомитетов и улучшении корреляции ядерных стандартов безопасности. Подкомитет 45А разрабатывает стандарты, которые применимы к электронным и электрическим функциям, к соответствующим системам и оборудованию, используемому в системах контроля и управления установок по производству атомной энергии. Подкомитет 45В разрабатывает и издает стандарты, охватывающие все аспекты приборостроения, связанного с радиационной защитой, включая детекторы излучений, мониторы радиоактивного загрязнения, дозиметры и радиологическую аппаратуруAdditional details
