Model E6B2 Rotary Encoder and H7ER Tachometer for Designing Conveyor Movement Control System in Electron Beam Machine

Description

The interfacing circuit and the mechanism of conveyor movement control system using E6B2 rotary encoder and H7ER OMRON tachometer have been designed. The interfacing consists of counting system D8253C-2, address decoder, and Parallel Peripheral Interface D8255C-2, a motor driver, and motor stepper. The interface card connect to control unit ED motor, as well as a software packet program to operate the system. The testing made to the motor stepper movement systems shows a linearity between degree of reality and measurement a good performance values, with a deviation of 0.527 % and linearity coefficient r = 0.9999.
