Absorption of As on Ge(113) surface
Description
The electronic properties of the Ge(113):As adsorption system and their characteristic surface structure 1x1 and 2x1 were investigated using electron spectroscopy methods. The preliminary model which explain the electronic properties of the Ge(113):As system is proposed
