Integration of diagnostic and treatment process in oncogynecology

Description

Data structure and organization of diagnostic and treatment process in patients with diseases of reproductive system were given. Data on diseases which variety was revealed by complex methods including transvaginal and trancutaneous ultrasound examination were presented. Total amount of the examined patients was 4351 for 1991-93. 134 patients underwent radical and pallative surgery, radiation and medication treatment. 57 patients were treated for disseminated uterus and ovarian neoplasms according to individual program with farourable results withion one year of observation
