Low-lying low-spin states in /sup 136/Ba studied via (n,n',γ) reaction

Description
Low-spin levels in /sup 136/Ba have been studied by means of the (n,n'γ) reaction using reactor fast neutrons. Excited states up to an excitation energy 2.8 MeV and with spin values up to 7 were populated. Energies, intensities and angular distribution of γ-rays attributed to /sup 136/Ba have been measured. Preliminary results are reported here
