Density and molar volumes of melts of double systems of sodium- and potassium molybdates and metaborates

Description
The density of melts of double systems of sodium- and potassium molybdates and metaborates is measured in the 800+-1000 deg C range and over the entire concentration range and the measurement results are presented. According to the density data the molar volumes of the melts in the systems studied are calculated. On the basis of experimental and calculation data the conclusion is drawn on a comparatively simple ionic structure of melts of sodium- and potassium molybdate-metaborate mixtures and their similarity to perfect ones
