Thermoelectric power and electrical resistivity of Fe2Nb3Se15
Description
Seebeck coefficient and resistivity of a new Fe-substituted NbSe3 compound of stoichiometry Fe2Nb3Se15 are studied in the temperature range 77 to 300 K. It is found to show a charge density wave transition followed by a metal-insulator transition at lower temperatures. (author)
