Description
Suitability of the charge transient spectroscopy - QTS for the investigation of fullerites is demonstrated. The principle of this method consists in correlating the charge transient induced by periodic rectangular voltage pulses, while scanning temperature. QTS can yield an information on the electrical properties of both the bulk and the interface of fullerites interfaced with metals (insulators, semiconductors) as well as on its bulkas well as on its bulk phase transition in the former.
