Collisions processes of ion, positron, electron and photon beams with matter

This book contains the work presented in the Latin American School of Physics which took place in Caxambu, Brazil. Six courses, fifteen invited lectures, as well as thirteen contributed papers are included in the book. The main research areas are atomic and molecular physics applied to gas phase and surface studies, theoretical treatment of collision processes and synchrotron radiation applications. (A.C.A.S.)
