Description
Radiation protection and decontamination for pressure tube maintenance at TQNPC is introduced. Maintenance work has high-radiation risk since the pressure tube located in the reactor core zone is highly activated, also involving heavy water operation with high tritium activity. A safety work plan and decontamination project was carefully prepared and implemented to ensure the pressure tube maintenance work to be carried out smoothly, the radiation protection goal was fully achieved.
