The tritium-labelled preparations of choline series
Description
Methods of preparation of tritium-labelled choline-chloride, acetylcholinechloride, phosphorylcholinechloride and chlorinecholinechloride were developed. Tritium label was introduced into [methyl-3H] cholinechloride via quaternization of dimethylethanolamine by highly active iodide of [3H] methyl. By means of acetylation, phosphorylation and chlorination of [methyl-3H] cholinechloride, phosphoryl [methyl-3H] cholinechloride and chlorine[methyl-3H] cholinechloride were synthesized respectively. Molar activity of the labelled preparations synthesized is 1480-2960 TBq/mol (40-80 kCi/mol)
