Charged particle pectrometer based on the beam trasport magnetic elements of the U-240 cyclotron

Description
Calculations are made and all the necessary design elements permitting to use two electromagnetic lenses and sector magnet with uniform field as a magnetic spectrometer are gathered. The results of the experimental test have shown that the basic characteristics of the spectrometer and the optimal values of excitation currents of its elements corresponding to the conditions of binary focusing are in sufficient agreement with their calculated values
