Description

Reprocessing is the reference Entsorgung strategy in the Federal Republic of Germany, supplemented by direct disposal of special spent fuel elements. Progress has been made during recent years in the realization of the individual Entsorgung facilities, but also some delays are to be found in certain areas. Nevertheless, the Federal Government is convinced that its strategy can be realized in due time
