Description
The Ni3Al with Cr, Mo, Zr, B and FeAl with Cr, Zr, C, B intermetallic alloys were fabricated by vacuum-induction melting and vacuum-induction remelting. The characterization of changes in microstructure and selected mechanical and chemical properties versus degree of homogenization of ingots (as-cast) and after heat treatment were studied. (author)
