Electrical resistivity of UP and UAs

Description
Electrical resistivity measurements on polycrystalline UP and UAs were carried out over the temperature range 4.2-300 K. Apart from the usual anomalies a jump in the resistivity at 22 K for UP and a ''hump-backed'' maximum at 64 K for UAs were found. Low-temperature anomalies for both compounds were observed in the temperature-dependence of the resistivity, due to the earlier reported magnetic effects occurring at these temperatures. (author)
