Process for the total recovery of uranium, yttrium, thorium and rare earths contained in an organic phase
Description
In this process the organic phase, obtained by solvent extraction, is contacted with a miscible solvent (at least partially) and a precipitating agent. A liquid phase and a precipitate containing U, Y, Th and R.E. are obtained. The process can be used for recovering these elements from wet process phosphoric acid
