To analyse the reliability of treatments in oncology radiotherapy: process review

This kind of analysis allows to visualize clearly the coordination points between the actors and the sectors of the service on a global pattern as well as the process steps that the professionals identify as weak spots. The foreseeable difficulties of this kind of analysis are the lack of time devoted to its realisation, to appropriate a strict methodology, to get every body support on any critical point and identified as at risk.
