Description
A rapid and sensitive RIA for C-region peptides of human parathyrin has been developed. The antibodies S-469 and S-478 used in the test were produced in sheep serum against a mixture of porcine parathyrin and bovine parathyrin. (VJ)

Ein schnelles und empfindliches Nachweisverfahren fuer die C-regionalen Peptide des menschlichen Parathyrins wurde entwickelt. Die im Test verwendeten Antikoerper S-469 und S-478 wurden im Schafserum gegen eine Mischung von Schweineparathyrin und Rinderparathyrin produziert. (VJ)Additional details
