The composition dependence of electromagnetic properties of Co-based metallic glasses
Description
The composition dependence of magnetic and electric properties in Co rich system of Co80-xB20Six amorphous alloys (x = 2:12) is presented. It is found that the crystallization temperatures Tx1 and Tx2, the specific resistance and maximal permeability mum increase with Si metalloid content. On the other hand the saturation magnetization Ms, the Curie temperature Tc and coercive force decrease with the increasing of Si content in samples. (author). 7 refs. 5 figs
