Description
An Experimental Study on Natural Circulation Cooling Capacity of Air-cooled Containment was carried out under different pressure level of top of the containment test section, that is 0.11 Mpa, 0.145 Mpa, 0.177 Mpa respectively. results showed both the maximum cooling capacity of the air natural circulation and the phenomenon that cooling capacity of the air natural circulation enhanced with the increase of internal pressure of containment, which verified the feasibility of long term residual heat removal by natural circulation with air for SMR steel containment.
