Synthesis of the first 30-electron three-deck complexes of iron-subgroup metals with cyclopentadienyl ligands

Description
30-electron three-deck complexes with central pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand are obtained for the first time by triacetonitrile complexes [Ru(η-C5R5)(MeCN3)] PF6 (R=H, Me) teraction with decamethylruthenocene and decamethylosmocene. The complex chemical yield is ∼80%, decomposition temperature - >230 deg C. The complex structure and composition are proved by elementary analysis and 1H NMR spectroscopy data
