Corrosion resistance of stainless steels in H3PO4-H2SO4-HF systems
Creators
Description
The corrosion resistance of the 06KhN28MDT alloy and the 03Kh21N21M4GB, 08Kh21N6M2T, 08Kh22N6T stainless steels in the H2PO4-H2SO4-HF systems of alternating composition at 70 deg C is investigate. The suppositions on the effect of the solution and alloying degree on the corrosion rate of the materials under investigation are given. The experimental results have shown that the reduction of the corrosion rate of the stainless steels in the H3PO4-H2SO4-HF solutions can be achieved by increasing the degree of their alloying by nickel and molybdenum
