High dose-rate intracavitary irradiation using the Cathetron. Chapter 16
Description
The use of the Cathetron afterloading radiotherapy device combined with external teletherapy in treating 20 patients with cervical carcinoma at Shiraz, Iran is briefly described. Details of the Cathetron sources available and the fractionation schemes used are given; total 'ret' and average 'ret' doses were also calculated for each regime. (U.K.)
