Description
Electrochemical behavior of selenium(IV), copper(II), and indium(III) ions in joint deposition onto a glassy carbon electrode from sulfuric acid electrolytes was studied. Optimal conditions for the formation of a stoichiometric compound CuInSe2 were determined. The structure and composition of the compound synthesized were studied by X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, and electron microprobe analyses

Исследовано электрохимическое поведение ионов селена(IV), меди(II), индия(III) при совместном соосаждении на стеклоуглеродном электроде из сернокислых растворов. Определены оптимальные условия получения соединения CuInSe2 стехиометрического состава.
