Photoelectrical properties of Pb1-xGexTe < Ga,Yb> solid solutions

Description
Dielectrical states and presistent photoconductivite have been found in Pb1-xGexTe (x=0.06) doped simultaneously with impurities Ga (0.3 at %) and Yb (0.5-1 at %). Kinetic properties and spectral photoelectric characteristics of the monocrystals have been investigated. The results are explained of the basis of the model, which describes the reconstruction of the deep center in the configuration space. 4 refs.; 2 figs
