Evaluation of k0-NAA using three certified reference materials

Description

Recently, as a quantitative method of neutron activation analysis, k0-NAA which is made up for the defects of single comparator and absolute method has become general, world-widely. For the determination of elemental contents in sample by relative method, certified reference materials are required. But, k0-method doesn't so, therefore, it is convenient and has an advantage of high accuracy comparable to relative method. In this study, three kinds of certified reference materials produced by NIST were analyzed by k0-method using EXCEL spread sheet. The accuracy and the precision of the measured values were estimated
