Some recent results on boson mappings of symplectic shell model algebras
Description
A brief account is given of two sets of results established recently for boson realizations of unitary symplectic algebras Sp(2d), d an integer. First, an exact analytic form has been found for an arbitrary representation of Sp(4). Second, analytic forms have been obtained for arbitrary d for special representations of interest for the nuclear shell model. 14 refs
