Description
Using SIT to control Anoplophora glabripennis the proper irradiation dose of γ-rays is 70 ∼ 90 Gy and the dose rate is l.5 Gy/min for adults 7 ∼ 10 days after emergency. Field release test showed that the population of A. glabripennis could be sup pressed with release ratio of 5 : 1. The major problem is artificial rearing of this species. (authors)
