Description
Nuclear geophysical, both laboratory and field methods, are considered applicable to prospecting, exploration and development of fluorine-containing raw materials. Fluorine geochemistry is briefly interpreted; the attention is paid to: neutron activation methods for fluorine determination, motor-car and foot neutron activation survey, neutron activation sampling and logging, neutron activation control of ore quality in mining and processing. Data on nuclear geophysical methods in prospecting and exploration for fluorite and phosphate ore deposits are presented as well as neutron activation methods for prospecting fluorine-containing deposits of other types
