Es wird ueber die Fruehergebnisse der Behandlung von Stenosen und Verschluessen mittels eines modifizierten Kathetersystems berichtet. Anhand verschiedener Erkrankungen und Krankheitsverlaeufe wird auf die Vorzuege dieses Segmentextensions- und Dilatationskatheters hingewiesen. (orig.)
