Description
The quark-gluon model of strong interactions based upon the topological expansion in QCD is used for calculating the decay probabilities of bosonic resonances into two pseudoscalar mesons. By means of relations between secondary Regge residues obtained in a previous paper, the partial decay widths of mesons with arbitrary spin which lie on the vector and tensor Regge trajectories are expressed in terms of a single constant: the width of the rho meson. We predict that the breaking of SU(3) symmetry increases with increasing spin. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data
