Aspects of industrial psychology in power plant operation from the employee's point of view
Description
The working-psychological stress of the colleagues during their duty hours in a nuclear power plant is lined out with respect to education, maintenance and proof of the technical qualification. Of special significance is the behaviour of the staff during pre-commissioning, commissioning, normal operation and abnormal operation of a nuclear power plant. In line of duty special stress is added for employees by the strange behaviour of politicians, mass-media and neighbours. The proposals for modification in relation to the education of shift supervisors are shown in a critical view. (orig.)

Die arbeitsphsychologische Belastung der Kollegen waehrend ihrer Dienstzeit in einem Kernkraftwerk wird unter Beruecksichtigung der Ausbildung, der Erhaltung und des Nachweises der Fachkunde dargestellt. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist das Verhalten der Mannschaft bei den Betriebsphasen Vor-Inbetriebnahme, Inbetriebnahme, Normalbetrieb und gestoerter Betrieb eines Kernkraftwerkes. Bei der Ausuebung dieses schwierigen Berufes kommen zusaetzliche Belastungen fuer die Arbeitnehmer durch das eigenartige Verhalten von Politikern, Medien und Nachbarn hinzu. Die Veraenderungsvorschlaege im Zusammenhang mit der Ausbildung von Schichtleitern werden kritisch beleuchtet. (orig.)
