The report deals with the basic features of an experimental aaproach, under development at Comb-Mepis-Cre Casaccia (Enea-Italy), for the nondestructive determination, based on gamma spectrometry, of the isotopics ratios of plutonioum. Are given a brief description of the measurement method and of the measuring device, of the adopted procedure for the analysis of gamma spectra and of the calculation routine which has been used for determinating isotopic ratios; then, are presented and discussed the very first results obtained
