Description

It reports an off-line data process program developed by the graphical programming language Labview (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench), which is designed for a home-made scanning probe electron energy spectrometer (SPEES). According to the measuring mode (scanning mode or fixed mode) employed in our SPEES experiment, this program can select the corresponding mode to process the acquired data. This program includes the following functions: the batch process of data files, the selection of azimuthal angle range, the adjustment of coordinates origin, the calibration of electron energy, the process of electron energy spectrum and the correction of detection efficiency, and furthermore can display the spatial distribution, angular distribution, radial distribution and energy distribution of the electrons. The successful development of this data process program has laid the foundation for our research on SPEES experiment. (authors)
