A case report of the free flap covering the incurable ulcer which suffered from high dose irradiation for osteosarcoma

Description
A high total dose of 15,300 rad irradiated for osteosarcoma of the distal end of the right femur over 4 months induced radiation ulcer 5 months later. A free latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap was successfully transplanted and accepted. (Chiba, N.)
