Description
High-frequency dielectric properties of aqueous solutions of Cu(NO3)2 and Y(NO3)3 in the range of frequencies of 7-25 GHz at 25 deg C in wide concentrational limits were investigated. Parameters of the process of dielectric relaxation of water molecules in solutions were determined: time of relaxation, parameter of relaxation time distribution, static dielectric constant. It is shown that copper and yttrium ions in the initial range of concentrations form hydrate shells of frozen out water molecules and produce violating effect on orientational ordering of the net of water hydrogen bonds. A difference in dielectric characteristics of solutions in different concentrational regions was detected
