A first document reports the history of industrial activities of SICN, describes this site and its environmental, economic and social contexts, and then proposes a general presentation of the decommissioning process: operation planning, administrative situation, site downgrading, consistency with the current strategy of decommissioning of Orano's nuclear installations. It reports a return on experience from these operations (performed works, waste assessment, assessment of radiation protection, site control assessment, inspection and declared incidents). It describes the site final condition after works: civil works structures, installations classified for the environment or ICPE, soils, underground waters), and proposes a quantification of the residual impact. Public servitudes are addressed as well as the site future. A second document reports the public inquiry on public servitudes about the site. It reports the scope of the inquiry, its organisation and process (preparation, file content, inquiry process, operations performed after the inquiry), reports opinions and hearings, and proposes an analysis and the opinion of the inquiry commissioner.
