De huidige milieuproblemen zijn veel duurder om op te lossen, en daar is veel minder draagvlak voor dan in het verleden. We kunnen het ons echter niet veroorloven het erbij te laten zitten. De auteur geeft een aanzet voor een nieuwe milieuagenda.
