Description

Numerical comparison between the water distillation column process and multiunit separated-bed hydrogen isotopic exchange column process with hydrophobic Pt-catalyst shows that the column inner diameter and the column height in the hydrogen isotope exchange process are shorter than in the water distillation process for the case of the depletion and the enrichment of the tritium in light water.
