Experimental investigation of KrF laser triggered gas switch

The experiments about the variation of delay and jitter of a laser triggered gas switch operating at dc-voltage with input laser power and operating voltage of the switch and the trigger threshold of the switch at different conditions (gas variety, operating voltage of switch etc.) are described. Some analyses and conclusions on the experiments are presented
