Description

The measurement system with Nuclear-Magnetic-Resonance (NMR) sensor which is able to estimate the current distribution in polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) was developed. The magnetic field strength induced by the current through the conductor is acquired as the frequency shift of the NMR signal by NMR sensor. It was found that the frequency shift of NMR signal from PEM under water electrolysis condition depended on the current distribution in Membrane Electrode Assembly. (author)
