Energy balance for natural elements

Description

Since the ill-defined QENDF could not be relied for energy balance of natural elements, but evaluated persons may want to know how much does the ill-defined QENDF effect on the deviation percentage of energy balance (D). Therefore the calculations of the D values becomes to be attractive. As a numerical example, the D value calculations of natural Ni is performed in this paper. This example indicates that without the calculation of D values evaluated persons could not make any judgement on energy balance for a data file of natural element unless the 'taken' energies are more than the 'available' energy.
