Phase equilibria in Na3VO4-Ca3(NO4)2-EuVO4 system

Description
Using the methods of X-ray phase and thermal analyses, phase equilibria in Na3VO4-Ca3(VO4)2-EuVO4 system are investigated. Formation of extended solid solutions with calcium ortho-vanadate structure and ternary vanadate Na4CaEu(VO4)3 is ascertained. Na4CaEu(VO4)3 compound has rhombic cell (a=5.699; b=9.43; c=6.899 A) and it undergoes phase transition at 715 deg C
