The paper describes the algorithm for calculation of asymptotics of arbitrary cylindrical functions for any complex values of index ν and argument z by means of calculation of asymptotics of the Sommerfeld integral over saddle-point contours. An universal and very rapid calculation method is thus obtained, useful even with real ν and z
