Evaluation of limiting rates of current-voltage characteristics measurements of thermionic converters

Formulae are obtained for estimation of the limiting rates of volt-ampere characterstic measurements of thermonic converters. The latter have been tested with a dynamic mathematical model of the converter and typical experimental converter to show good quantitative coincidence of the results. A possibility is shown of reducing the time required for obtaining static volt-ampere characteristics from dynamic characteristics taken at direct and reverse voltage variations
