Pressure and composition of vapor over the samples of CdSe-GeSe2 system
Description
Pressure of saturated and unsaturated vapour over the samples of CdSe-GeSe2 system is measured. Standard sublimation and formation enthalpies are estimated on the basis of tensimetric data for GeSe2. Projection part P(general)-T for CdSe system was plotted. It is shown, that Cd4GeSe6 sublimates incongruently with formation of GeSe and Se2 in vapour in 1:0.5 ratio
