Meson form factor in dual model with spontaneous vacuum transitions

Continuation of the three-point amplitude off the mass shell of one of the particles is studied when induced and spontaneous vacuum transitions are possible. It is shown that the vacuum transitions induce heavy resonant states. Identifying the obtained expression with the electromagnetic form factor of mesons one may conclude that the vacuum transitions play the role of a mechanism which relates the models of simple and generalized vector dominance
