Features of charge transport near Neel temperature in La2Cu4 as evidence of transition from spin liquid state to two-sublattice antiferromagnetics

Description
The study on the temperature dependences of the electroresistance and thermoelectromotive force of the monocrystals La2-xSrxCuO4+δ with the x ≅ 0.003 and δ < 0.005 is carried out. The two-dimensional jump conductivity by neighbouring acceptor nodes is observed within the temperature range of 100-400 K in the CuO2 plane. Significant difference in the charge transfer below and above the Neel temperature is identified in all the studied crystals which testifies to the strong effect of the loss of the two-sublattice antiferromagnetic order on the charge transport in the CuO2 plane. The analysis of the obtained data makes it possible to come to the conclusion that above the Neel point there realizes the state of the resonant valent bonds of the Bose-type

Проведено исследование температурных зависимостей электросопротивления и термоэдс монокристаллов La2-xSrxCuO4+δ с x ≅ 0.003 и δ < 0.005. В области температур 100-400 К в плоскости CuO2 наблюдается прыжковая проводимость по соседним акцепторным узлам. Во всех исследуемых кристаллах обнаружено существенное различие в переносе заряда выше и ниже температуры Нееля, что свидетельствует о сильном влиянии на транспорт заряда в плоскости CuO2 потери двухподрешеточного антиферромагнитного порядка. Анализ полученных данных позволяет сделать вывод, что выше точки Нееля реализуется состояние разонансных валентных связей бозевского типаAdditional details
