Description
An overview of ultrasonic detection and characterization of defects in four inspection scenarios is presented. These include the reactor pressure vessel feedwater nozzle, stainless steel piping, turbine rotors, and turbine discs. New inspection equipment available for some of these scenarios and new approaches being applied to others are also discussed. (author)
