Nuclear material control in Brazil
Description
A general view about the safeguards activities in Brazil is presented. The national system of accounting for and control of nuclear materials is described. The safeguards agreements signed by Brazil are presented, the facilities and nuclear material under these agreements are listed, and the dificulties on the pratical implementation are discussed. Apresenta-se uma visao geral das atividades de salvaguardas no Brasil. Descreve-se o sistema nacional de contabilidade e controle de material nuclear. Apresentam-se tambem os acordos de salvaguardas assinados pelo Brasil; listam-se as instalacoes e materiais nucleares sob esses acordos e discutem-se as dificuldades na implementacao pratica desses acordos.
